While the movies Captain Marvel and the Avengers: Final The last time the MCU properly traveled to the vast unknown was in Thor: Ragnarok 2017. Although the MCU connection is smooth, recent designs have established some statics in their respective corners.
The mystical consequences of WandaVision did not have a real impact on the real events of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, just as the multifaceted chaos in Loki not felt in Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. The only direct association of Phase 4 was the scene after the Black Widow titles, which led to the last part of The Hawk’s Eye.
However, some projects have greater potential for connective tissue than others.
“Your ancestors called it magic, and you call it science. I come from a country where they are the same. “
Ever since the God of Thunder Chris Hemsworth uttered these words in the 2011 Torah, the cosmic and mystical branches of the MCU have intertwined. This connection reached its apogee in Ragnarek when Benedict Cumberbatch’s Dr. Strange, a symbolic figure in the mystical field, helped Thor in his search for Odin.
With the release of “Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” and “Thor: Love and Thunder” began to actively speculate about the synergy between the two sequels.
Thor: Love and the absence of the Thunder Multiverse
A concept that Dr. Strange knows very little about does not seem to be present in Thor: Love and Thunder.
According to the official Disney synopsis, “Thor: Love and Thunder” will follow the main character Chris Hemsworth in “search for inner peace.” Conflict arises when Christian Bale’s “Galactic Assassin” interrupts Thor’s retreat as “Horr, the butcher of the gods” who seeks to “extinguish the gods”
The Thunder God then assembles a team of Valkyrie King (Tessa Thompson), Korga (Taika Whitey) and Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) to “embark on a terrible space adventure” to stop this mysterious antagonist. Foster Natalie Portman is described as Thor’s “ex-girlfriend” who “surprises” Thor by being able to “inexplicably own her magic hammer Mölnir.”

“New trailer and new poster now available for”Thor: Love and Thunder » from Marvel Studios, offering long-awaited clues as to what awaits the God of Thunder. To overcome the threat, Thor turns for help to the King of Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korga (Taika Whitey) and his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who, to Thor’s surprise, inexplicably possesses her hammer magic, Mölnir, like Thor. Powerful. Together, they embark on a horrific space adventure to unravel the mystery of the Butcher’s revenge and stop him before it’s too late. Director Whitey (“Thor: Ragnarek”, “Rabbit Jojo”) and producer Kevin Faigy and Brad Winderbaum, “Thor: Love and Thunder” will be released in theaters on July 8, 2022. “
Jane Foster on Earth
This official synopsis indicates that Jane Foster Natalie Portman will be a sequel to the character last seen in the 2013 film Thor: The Dark World.
Due to the drastic changes made to Foster’s Love and thunder, it has been suggested that this iteration of the Mighty Torah may be an option. There was a precedent when Loki presented fans with a female version of Tom Hiddleston’s “God of Pranks.” Some speculation has gone so far as to link Sylvia Sophia Di Martino with this Jane Foster, suggesting that they may have the same siblings as the iterations of Hemsworth and Hiddleston. According to the description of the “ex-girlfriend”, this is the same Jane that Thor Hemsworth fell in love with.
It is ridiculous to note that the fact that Jane Foster this option does not raise more questions. According to Thor’s shocked reaction in the trailer and the “incomprehensible” qualification description of the synopsis, Jane comes to power straight from the hat.
Given that the character has not appeared in the current MCU timeline for more than a canonical decade, fans need to fill a significant gap. The hammer owned by Jane is a corrected version of Mjolnir, which Hela Cate Blanchett broke in Ragnarok, which means that Jane’s merits have appeared quite recently.
Was this transformation the result of Blip? Did Jane get into any of the experiences in space conflict? Has she always been worthy?
All the answers will be given when Thor: Love and Thunder hits theaters July 8.
